We get far too much email that's easily answered online or from our FAQ. Its consuming so much of our time we may be forced to raise our prices, something we do not want to do. With that said, if you send an email and we don't respond don't take it personally, read this FAQ carefully as most of your questions are answered here, we're not here for growing advice/tips/tricks and general chit chat. - we ship worldwide and to P.O. boxes
- we only accept cash or international money orders. no exceptions. ensure your international money order is an intertional money order not a regular money order. we do not accept western union or anything other payment than cash or international money orders
- seeds are sent in an unmarked, business envelope and are protected from crushing
- orders typically take 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on where you live
- if you are looking for orders status, we require the name you used, full address and order placed
- we specialize only in a handfull of strains bred here in British Columbia and are constantly developing and testing, striving for consistency, vigor and potency
- if you're using an international money order, please leave it blank. if you must enter any information about yourself do so, just leave the "pay to the order of" or the "pay to" information blank. DON'T USE DSP VENTURES!
- we offer no ratios with the mixed seeds. they're already mixed, and are our premium strains. mixed currently have all strains, but TT and BB
- above all use common sense when ordering. protect everyone’s anonymity. if you don't want to use your real name use something that ensures you still receive the order
- many ask if they should use a return address on the envelope. we think you should, make it look just like regular mail. Or don't, its up to you
- if you send cash we're more inclined to give freebees

- we only take orders through the postal service. we do not have a retail store
- have patience receiving your order. there's no need to micromanage us about it. If its been longer than 4 weeks email us stating the name you used, full address and order placed
- we don't offer ETA's on seeds. If a seed is listed as "currently unavailable" its unavailable, but expect it to return sometime soon since its still listed. the best way to see if a strain is available is check the website regularily
- if you're accessing the site, we're taking orders
- we delete or destroy all correspondence
